We provide service and support to advisors and their teams through client account reconciliation and maintenance, proxy voting, data aggregation and reporting. Our team also oversees the maintenance of operational tools, such as CRM and portfolio management systems and provides resources and training to support you and the client experience at Mariner Wealth Advisors.
We are responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy creation and implementation. We support advisors and their teams by producing business development, client and event materials, completing RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, creating podcasts and videos, managing digital advertising, social media and public relations.
We are responsible for company oversight, risk mitigation and associate education on regulations within the financial services industry. We will work closely with you during onboarding and throughout your tenure on issues regarding ethics, personal trading, policies, social media practices, compliance reviews, licensing and registrations.
We provide investment education, expertise and advice to advisors in order to help clients achieve their goals while managing risk. We distribute economic/market commentary, participate in client and prospect events and share investment philosophy, strategies and portfolio construction guidance.
We oversee expense reimbursements, credit cards and travel policies for all associates. Concur, available online and via mobile app, is our core platform for tracking and submission of expenses. Integrated travel management with Concur also provides a single interface for booking and recording travel expenses in compliance with our policies and using tools to optimize your experience.
We help our advisory teams deliver the “Client First” experience by connecting them to a myriad of resources. We coach them on how to use all of our tools more effectively, keep them up-to-date on what’s happening in the industry, and share best-practice ideas curated from inside and outside the firm.
