Reporting

It is everyone’s responsibility to support and protect our culture. We ask all Associates to take it upon themselves to communicate any concerns that threaten our culture, as well as any issues, concerns, or suggestions for organizational improvement.

If you, reasonably and in good faith, believe that some policy, practice, or activity of Mariner Wealth Advisors is in violation
of an applicable law, regulation, or rule, we encourage you to raise and report those concerns directly for investigation and appropriate action.

You have the option to remain anonymous by submitting a detailed description of your observations below, omitting your name and contact information.  Associates who, in good faith, report concerns will not be subject to retaliation.
