Pet insurance helps you cover veterinary expenses so you can provide your pets with the best care possible without worrying about the cost.

Nationwide offers 2 levels of pet protection. You get either 50% or 70% cash back on eligible vet bills. All plans have a $250 annual deductible and a $7,500 annual maximum benefit.

You can use any vet, anywhere. So there are no networks and no pre-approvals.

Who is Eligible and When

All Associates are eligible to enroll their cats, dogs or exotic pets. Unlike other benefits, enrollment in Pet Insurance can be done anytime, not just during Open Enrollment! Enrollment can be complete through the Nationwide website (https://benefits.petinsurance.com/marinerwealth).

You will be notified and asked to update billing information in order to keep the policy active.
