The following are key Associate Resources in place that will provide you enterprise connectivity and assist you with managing your personal and employment-related information as an Associate of MWA. 

These sites are crucial to your onboarding and ongoing needs. Please be sure to register your access, where applicable, and direct any questions you might have to a member of Human Resources. Be on the lookout, as additional software and site access may be provided based on your position or team in order to provide you the tools necessary to perform your job duties. 

ADP (www.workforcenow.adp.com)

ADP is a web-based, self-service tool for Associates and Managers to view and update their personal and employment-related information.  You will need to register for access to the system to update and view your personal information.  Managers have varying levels of authorization to confidential Associate data and are granted access to view or update information for their team members as their position dictates.

The following services are available through ADP’s user portal:

  • Payroll Access: Allows Associates to view payroll and tax statements as well as view and change contact and address data, direct deposit instructions, and tax status information.  
  • Time and Attendance: Utilized by those Associates and their Managers whose positions require tracking of hours worked or time-off benefits.
  • Benefits Enrollment: Provides Associates the ability to view and change their benefit enrollments, both annually during the Open Enrollment period, as well as throughout the year for those benefits that allow ongoing changes.

The Careers website hosts a consolidated listing of all open positions.  This portal provides Associates detailed descriptions of available opportunities and the ability to express interest and submit résumés and applications.   

MyComplianceOffice (https://www.mycomplianceoffice.com/customer/portal/)

MyComplianceOffice is a compliance management system the Company uses to electronically send and track Associate attestations for varying compliance needs. The system is also utilized by Associates to disclose Gifts/Entertainment, Outside Business Activities, Political Contributions, Personal Investment Accounts including requesting Trade Pre-Clearance and reporting Limited Offerings when required by their position.

 

Workplace and Workplace Chat (https://marinerholdingsllc.workplace.com/) 

Workplace is provided to keep you informed through sharing of articles, announcements, updates and other important information.  Workplace is also a great resource for finding directory contact information, as well as information on team reporting structures; utilizing screen sharing, group video and instant messaging; current events; and milestone announcements such as birthdays and anniversaries. 

Workplace is also one of the Company’s key forms of communication during system outages or other technology interruptions and should be reviewed for notices and updates whenever you experience a communications technology loss, such as email or phone.  Business Continuity announcements provided during outages keep Associates and MWA locations informed of operations, problem resolutions, and downtime activities as well as offers instant messaging while email may be unavailable.

Workplace can also be accessed via smartphones using a mobile app.  The Workplace app is available for download on iPhone and Android devices and can be utilized by all Associates to provide firm connectivity

How can I add or update my profile picture on Workplace?

Log in to Workplace and search for your name in the top navigation bar. Once on your profile page, hover over the photo circle in the top center and then select the Update button that appears.  You can select a photo to upload from your device or select one that is already in Workplace. Once you make a selection, you can crop, scale, or reposition as desired. Select save, and your profile picture will be updated.

Can I add a profile picture in Outlook?

Yes!  Within Outlook, select File, and the Account Information page will show a photo box on the right side.  Click “Change” under this photo box. You will then be redirected to Microsoft online. Log-in with your Mariner email and password. You will be automatically redirected to a screen where you can upload a photo. When you are done, select save.

How do I order new business cards?

Business cards can be ordered online by visiting the Mariner SSO Portal. Select “Org-wide Links”, then “Business Card Portal” to get started.

I was injured while working. What now?

All on-the-job injuries should be reported to your Manager and a member of the Human Resources team as soon as possible following the incident, no matter how minor it may seem at the time.  This will ensure proper care is made available in accordance with Workers’ Compensation.   

Following an incident, seek assistance if needed to assess and administer immediate injury needs. In the event of
a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1.

Will I be issued a corporate credit card?

Corporate credit cards are issued to associates based on position requirements and with manager approval.  You may ask your manager whether a card will be needed in your role.  Other questions regarding corporate credit cards should be addressed to Sommer Kelling.

How can I submit business expenses for reimbursement?

Expense reimbursement requests can be submitted through Concur, our online application for managing expenses and travel. Click here to access a tutorial on getting set up in Concur. Concur can be accessed through the Mariner SSO Portal.

What are some resources to help me learn more about Mariner and stay up-to-date with what’s happening?

You can book flights, hotels, rental cars and more through Concur, our online application for managing travel and expenses.  To learn more about getting set up in the system and booking your travel, watch this webinar.
