The Human Resources team leads all people-related strategic initiatives and processes in support of Mariner Wealth Advisors’ culture.
Lead by Chief Human Resources Officer, Kara Stoecklein, we are organized into three specialized teams.

The HR Culture and Experience team is dedicated to maintaining and protecting our culture, and enabling an exceptional experience for all associates. This team leads many programs and processes that impact that experience, including new hire orientation, associate engagement and associate success and development.
HR Business Partners are the primary contact and liaison to HR for all associates, and they partner closely with business unit, location and department leaders to achieve people-related goals and objectives. The HR Operational Services team ensures the foundational support for our associates remains strong and runs smoothly. These specialists develop and deliver our many associate compensation and benefits programs, manage payroll, records and technology, analyze data to deliver insights to various stakeholders, and ensure our policies and practices are compliant with ever-changing regulatory requirements.
