The Recruiting team leads organic hiring efforts, working with leaders through every step of the process. From defining the hiring need and formalizing position descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, preparing interviewers, guiding the final selection and closing the deal, our recruiters lead the way to ensure we are bringing the best people in to Mariner.

Additionally, this team coordinates our firmwide internship program, introducing next-gen talent to everything that Mariner has to offer. Recruiters are organized to align with business units and wealth regions.

The Talent Development Team is responsible for fostering associate growth and development, cultivating unique abilities, and building a high-performing workforce aligned with Mariner’s strategic goals and missions.  This team delivers training programs, live webinars, and e-learning opportunities to enhance associate’s leadership and soft skills. In addition, we help our associates understand growth and career progression opportunities within the organization, and identify high potential associates for leadership roles, ensuring a strong pipeline for future organizational needs.

By aligning talent development initiatives with business objectives, the Talent Development team ensures that associates have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive and succeed at Mariner.

The HR Culture and Experience team is dedicated to maintaining and protecting our culture, and enabling an exceptional experience for all associates. This team leads many programs and processes that impact that experience, including new hire orientation, associate engagement and associate success and development.

HR Business Partners are the primary contact and liaison to HR for all associates, and they partner closely with business unit, location and department leaders to achieve people-related goals and objectives.
