New Associate Referrals
Program Overview
Our principles and values are most successfully executed through the hiring of talented and dedicated individuals. As a reward for the referral of quality candidates, we offer an Associate Referral Bonus program.
The cash value of a referral bonus is dependent upon the type and level of position filled by the referred candidate. Awards are payable following the new Associate’s three (3) month anniversary. The following is a guideline for payment; please see the Mariner’s Associate Handbook for more information regarding eligibility and payment guidelines.
To receive credit for referrals please have your referral indicate your name when submitting a resume to iCIMS or on the application.

Program Overview
The New Client Referral Bonus plan (the “Referral Bonus”) rewards associates in non-Advisor or Business Development positions who similarly contribute to Mariner’s growth through the introduction of new clients to our Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Solutions services. The value of the Referral Bonus is defined in the below schedules
