Telemedicine provides associates an alternative to traditional site-of-care options for many common, non-emergent, acute medical conditions.  Avoid the wait, the cost, the travel and the added germs of an emergency room, urgent care or physician’s office.

All benefit eligible associates are automatically enrolled in a physician’s telemedicine consult program at no cost.

Who is Eligible and When

Active associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week, their spouse and dependent children up to age 26 are all eligible for coverage.

The coverage is effective the first of the month following date of hire. Coverage terminates on the last day of the month coincident or next following the date in which an associate no longer meets the criteria for eligibility.

What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine is a subscription-based service for members to a network of physicians across the country; via easily accessible and user friendly telephone, smart-phone and video phone app. Members can connect with physicians through a request and call-back within minutes, receive care by a medical professional licensed in the state they reside, work or travel – all at their convenience.

Telemedicine access is available 24/7/365, providing unlimited consultations at no charge and pre-registration is not required. Prescriptions are provided and transmitted to your preferred pharmacy when applicable, and at physician discretion. Any pharmacy fills are subject to the participant’s pharmacy insurance coverage.
