Cariloop is a caregiving support platform and benefit solution that helps working caregivers manage the complex responsibilities of taking care of loved ones, whether that’s children, aging parents, or other family members — without sacrificing productivity or well-being at work.
Cariloop supports Associate well-being by easing the care burden that many workers carry alongside their job duties. Through their single and secure support platform, they also help Associates balance work and caregiving responsibilities by offering personal coaching, organized tools, care resources, and access to care networks.

Expert Support from a Highly Credentialed Care Team
Cariloop’s Care Team comprises a diverse, highly qualified group of professionals with extensive experience across healthcare, counseling, and education. Our Coaches hold licenses and certifications across more than 20 disciplines, bringing an average of 12+ years of experience in their respective fields. This depth of expertise enables Cariloop to support members with a wide range of caregiving needs effectively. All Coaches are full-time W-2 employees, and our team includes fluency in English, Spanish, and French to ensure accessible support for all members.
Coach credentials may include, but are not limited to:
Healthcare: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Occupational Therapist (OT), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Certified Health Worker (CHW), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant/Licensed (COTA/L), Oncology Patient Navigator-Certified Generalist (OPN-CG), Chronic Care Management Professional (CCM).
Community & Counseling: Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LMSW, LCSW, LBSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Disability Income Associate (DIA), Change Management Professional, Health Care Life Coach (HCLC-C), Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (C-INHC), Certified in American Case Management (ACM-SW), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
Education: Certified Teachers, ESL Teachers, EC-12 Principals, Special Education Teachers (SPED), and professionals with a Master’s in Education or School Counseling (M.Ed.).
How It Works:
1. Activate your account:
Go to www.cariloop.com/register and click Get Started. Sign up with your work email. (You can add a personal email or phone later.)
2. Confirm your work email:
Cariloop will send you a 6-digit code to your work email. Enter that code to finish activating your account.
3. Access your benefits:
Once activated, you have access to the extensive features of the Caregiver Support Platform®.

Is there a Cariloop mobile app?
Yes. You can download it from Google Play and the iOS App Store.
What should I do if I forget my login information?
Simply click the “Forgot password?” button on the login home page (https://plan.cariloop.com) and enter your email. Instructions for resetting your login information will be sent to the email that you entered.
I’m receiving an error when I try to sign up. Who can help?
Email [email protected] for setup assistance and troubleshooting, and a member of the Cariloop team will respond within four business hours.
How do I invite my family members to join?
You can invite your family members to join you in Cariloop in three easy steps:
- Activate your account or log in at https://plan.cariloop.com
- Navigate to your Toolkit on the left-hand side, then click “Care Team”
- Invite family members by clicking the “Invite” button and entering their email address. Once you hit send, an email will be sent to this individual asking them to join as a guest, and they will be prompted to set up their account and password with Cariloop. Invited members will be able to access and contribute information to the Care Portal for the specific cases you invite them to.
I’m caring for an in-law (or someone else) who is not on our insurance. Can Cariloop still help?
Yes! Cariloop is here to help you with anyone you are responsible for caring for.
Do I need an ID card to access Cariloop's platform and/or services?
ID Cards are not needed to access the Cariloop Caregiver Support platform and benefits.
I recently moved, how can I update my address?
Your address can be updated directly through Oracle (available through your OKTA SSO Dashboard). After logging in you will go to “Me” –> “Personal Information” -> “Contact Info”. From there you can update all contact information, including your address by clicking on the “Pencil” or “Add” icon in the Personal information Section. After you update your address in Oracle, it will update with all benefit providers. More information can be found in the following Training Material: Job Aid: View and Update Personal Information
I am leaving the plan, when does my coverage end?
Coverage will end the last calendar day of the month.
