New Associate Referrals
Program Overview
Our principles and values are most successfully executed through the hiring of talented and dedicated individuals. As a reward for the referral of quality candidates, we offer an Associate Referral Bonus.
The cash value of a referral bonus is dependent upon the type and level of position filled by the referred candidate. Awards are payable following the new Associate’s three (3) month anniversary. The following is a guideline for payment; please see Mariner’s Associate Handbook for more information regarding eligibility and payment.
To receive credit for referrals, your referral must indicate your name when submitting a resume to Oracle.
Additional Advisor Referral Bonus:
As an added incentive, referrals that result in the hiring of an Advisor who transitions $45 million or more in Wealth AUM or $450,000 or more in Institutional revenue will qualify for an additional bonus equal to 5% of the revenue collected during the first 12 months following the Advisor’s transition.
Advisor referrals should be submitted to the Advisor Attraction team via the Advisor & Partner Referral Intake Form. Please see the Advisor Referral Program guide for more information regarding eligibility and payment.

New Client Referrals
Program Overview
The Referral Champions Program leverages and rewards Mariner Associates for their efforts to refer new clients to Mariner. Eligible Associates who make a qualified Client Referral will receive a Referral Bonus equal to 20% of first year of Net Revenue, paid quarterly. Client referrals can be of any size and benefit from Mariner’s broad capabilities however, the Referral Bonus is intended for new, fee-based clients (wealth and institutional advisory services) or Investment Banking engagements only.
The Referral Champions Program empowers Mariner Associates to positively impact others by providing resources like scripts and communication templates to assist in engaging in referral conversations. To be eligible, ALL referrals must be submitted to the Wealth & Institutional Referral Opportunity Form, accessible through the Referral Opportunity Form tile on your Okta dashboard, NOT submitted directly to an advisor.

New CPA Alliance Partner Referrals
Program Overview
The CPA Alliance Program is a strategic growth initiative designed to expand Mariner’s reach while helping CPA firms enhance their value to clients. Through this partnership, CPA firms can offer Mariner’s extended suite of services to their clients. By partnering with Mariner, CPA firms can deepen existing client relationships, attract new ones, and deliver a more comprehensive advisory experience.
Mariner team members who refer a new CPA Alliance Partner are eligible for a referral bonus equal to 5% of the first 12 months of eligible revenue, paid quarterly.
