The Intern Program team builds Mariner’s future talent pipeline by attracting, developing, and converting early-career professionals into long-term contributors to the firm.
This team designs and delivers a structured internship experience across Financial Planning, Tax, Organic Growth, and corporate functions. From university partnerships and recruiting, to onboarding, training, engagement, and performance evaluation, the Intern Program team works closely with business leaders to ensure interns gain meaningful experience, strong mentorship, and a clear connection between their internship and potential full-time career paths at Mariner.
By aligning the intern experience with Mariner’s culture and growth strategy, the Intern Program team plays a critical role in developing early-career talent and supporting the firm’s long-term goal of growing advisors and leaders from within.
