Personalized Care Coaching

Cariloop pairs employees with Care Coaches (licensed and credentialed professionals) who provide one-on-one guidance and support tailored  to your family’s situation and care goals. Care Coaches are dedicated to helping you and your family navigate care complexities, including:

    • Understand diagnoses and care needs

    • Plan for care transitions (e.g., hospital discharge)

    • Identify and vet care options

    • Coordinate medical, legal, and financial information

Centralized Digital Platform

Associates can access a secure online Caregiver Support Platform to connect with peers navigating similar journeys, such as Aging Loved Ones or Neurodivergence & Disabilities. The portal is specifically designed to make caregiving less chaotic and more coordinated, allowing Associates to:

  • Connect with their Care Coach

  • Store and organize documents

  • Track medications and care tasks

  • Collaborate with family members and other care team partners

Tools to Find & Manage Care

Cariloop integrates a variety of tools and provider networks to help reduce the time and stress involved in sourcing reliable support. Caregivers can get extra support through guided plans, collaborative tools, expert resources, and a community to manage your care responsibilities and stay organized:

  • Search, compare, and book trusted care providers

  • Access backup and contingency care options

  • Use resources and checklists specific to their needs

 

How It Works:

1. Activate your account:
Go to www.cariloop.com/register and click Get Started. Sign up with your work email. (You can add a personal email or phone later.)

2. Confirm your work email:
Cariloop will send you a 6-digit code to your work email. Enter that code to finish activating your account.

3. Access your benefits:
Once activated, you have access to the extensive features of the Caregiver Support Platform®.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your address can be updated directly through Oracle (available through your OKTA SSO Dashboard). After logging in you will go to “Me” –> “Personal Information” -> “Contact Info”. From there you can update all contact information, including your address by clicking on the “Pencil” or “Add” icon in the Personal information Section. After you update your address in Oracle, it will update with all benefit providers. More information can be found in the following Training Material: Job Aid: View and Update Personal Information
